个人简介

杨庆霞,工学博士,20207月毕业于重庆大学药学院。同年加入南京邮电大学地理与生物信息学院,校长专聘副教授。累计发表SCI高水平论文18篇,其中以第一或共同第一作者在Nucleic Acids ResBrief BioinformJ ProteomicsCNS Neurosci TherInt J Mol Sci等杂志发表论文9篇。

研究方向

生物信息学,基于人工智能算法和组学大数据(转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等),开展生物标志物发现、药物靶点发现和疾病机制等研究,并开发生物信息学在线服务器和软件等分析工具。
